HOW TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT STEP 1: REMOVE THE CLIP HELP WITH YOUR THUMBS - Use both thumbs to easily remove the height adjustment clip from your crutch. Once placed in the open part of the clip, force it out.

STEP 2: PLACE THE CLIP ADJUST YOUR CRUTCH - Once the adjustment clip has been removed, adjust your crutch to the desired height by inserting the clip into the corresponding hole. Apply force again to insert it correctly.
